Absolute shower of (beep). Substandard heating system, C2 code electrical faults and plumbing that causes leaks. Great when it happens on a Friday after 5pm and there are no people to help with emergency situations like that.So they eventually will send someone out but to hell with the surrounding properties that have damage due to a leak from their property.Customer service is absolutely stinking too but not as stinking as their attitude towards disgruntled homeowners who have to deal with the destruction they and their tenants cause.

Absolutely First Class service from Premiere Rentals! I have been with them for nearly 20 years. They are professional, efficient and most definitely the best management agent you can find!! As an investor I have been really happy with the service provided to me by Premiere Rentals. Victoria offered to help me in the search for the perfect property and undertook numerous initial visits on my behalf, providing thorough feedback on each occasion. At this stage in the process, I really benefitted from her keen attention to detail and expert knowledge of the local market place. Victoria was also on hand to project manage, getting the property ready for the tenants to properly enjoy and was quick to allocate work to some fantastic local trades people. Nothing was ever too much trouble and I felt very supported by regular communication as things progressed. I bought my house from Muir homes exactly a year ago 31st July 2020. It was a year in the building and because of COVID-19 there were delays, which I accepted. On ( Eventually) getting my keys from Muir, there were several things that needed to be executed ( little minute issues that were promised wouldn’t be an issue to resolve) . Thank God Victoria was there on handover, otherwise you wouldn’t believe this saga.Victoria & Premiere I have used and known for 4 years and They Are Thorough and Professional in Their Tenancies and that Professionalism has Ruled The Day. I was getting No where. I mean No Where after Calls & Images and e mails of magnitude proportions.Victoria & Gary @ Premiere have Saved My Day - The Houses Day and the Comfort of the Tenant. I am getting All My Snagging Done for Free-The Customer Services Team told me Everything Was Chargeable ( I was prepared to Pay MuirHomes). I might get My Wall or Fence Put Up that Was Part of Original Sales Gumff/ Or Even Bumff. Thank you Premiere for Saving My Retirement Home.John
