Took over 4k off me for a car that never worked properly from day one, sent it back 3 times in 3 months, engine lights everytime had to sell the car to wbac for less than half what I paid, hwf not interested in customer service, absolute scumbag to deal with, won't call you back or give any paperwork for jobs carried out either

Excellent service and Rachel was an absolute credit in communicating with us. Paul, even driving 30 miles for free. While I haven't been able to get the car due to an issue, both Paul and Rachel have made up for it.

Very friendly, owners made sure that the car was all ready to go and any little jobs done. Great price and service, log book arrived within a week of purchase and they have even gone so far as to send anything that the previous owners find relating to the vehicle in the post to me.Highly recommended
