I called Tom in to fix a boiler issue and low pressured taps. He was knowledgeable as well as transparent with the solutions. Which was reassuring as transparency goes along way! I can't rate Tom enough! He was incredibly prompt in his response and attendance time. Very helpful when it came to explaining the issues and highly efficent in his work. So refreshing to find someone so honest and pleasant! I will definitely be using him as my first port of call in the future should we need him!!

I have recently had my boiler replaced by TJG plumbing, and the whole experience from start to finish was completely stress free. Tom was very professional, recommended the best type of boiler for our house and provided us promptly with a quote which was fairly priced. During our installation, Tom was punctual, hardworking and tidy and would fully explain any questions we had and gave us lots of advice on using our new boiler. I would not hesitate to recommend using TJG services to anyone after the experience we have had, and for the first time since I moved into my house we have radiators that heat up properly!

Tom and Bruno done a fantastic job at my home today. They arrived on time and got straight to work moving the boiler and altering pipework. Tom jeffries who put a new boiler and radiator in my property is a genuine proffectional central heating engineer came round told me what was required no hard sell very friendly completed the job as requested cleaned up after theirselves felt secure leaving them in my property by themselves which i did kept me posted my photos and end of job video would def recommend TJG heating and plumbing to anyone .Very happy customerMaggie

Tom is professional polite and extremely patient especially as power flushing my central heating system took him much longer than it should have done. He wasn’t phased and explained everything to me as he worked. I would have him again and would highly recommend him and not as expensive as other quotes I had. I now have hot radiators and plenty of advice for future care of system.
