Such a warm and prompt welcome from the lady at the front desk. Tom then came out to see me very promptly. He was very knowledgeable and informative about the car I was looking at. He also had a very welcoming persona which made the whole experience very enjoyable.

We met with Adam today and he welcomed us into the show room, he was extremely pleasant and accommodating. He talked us through the car that we were interested in and efficiently arranged a test drive for us…after he’d demonstrated workings inside the car…we completed a test drive and purchased the car. We went to view and test drive a Mercedes AMG. The staff were all very friendly, starting from the receptionist. Adam then showed us the car and he was very polite. He was happy to spend a lot of time with us, explaining the car and features. We were very impressed by his knowledge and passion for cars.

I love to walk into this Mercedes Benz everytime, Adam is super helpful in showing me around all the new Smart #1 models, very lovely car and planning to get one in the future :) I also had Paul look into the body repair of my car, he got my car washed and took notes on the issues gave me a call back on the same day while the quote was ready and passed me on to the aftercare team still waiting for their reply though. But overall the experience was very enjoyable!

On line booking and then booking in the day before on line was easy- having a desk space to work whilst my vehicle was in getting service and a repair made life easier that try and get to work and back.The customer services team are pleasant and knowledgeable; hot drinks available which were a decent quality as well.Only negative was a repair was needed, I was given a quote and told the repair would take over an hour hence the price quoted, in half an hour the repair completed and the car washed and ready for me to pay. As it was on the ramp already, also being cleaned as part of the service this could have been allowed for in the quote and felt better value for money.

Paul managed repair to my car, he could not have been more helpful or done a better job. The repair is outstanding, there were issues with the process caused by the management company (not mecrcedes Oxford) which Paul kept me inform of. Great repair, great service, I would highly recommend and it is why I insisted the car was repaired by the main dealer, it is your right to do this and more people should. Thanks again to Paul for outstanding service

I took my petrol Smart Car here for a re-call item, that had been flagged up during an MOT at another garage. I dropped the car off at the arranged time and went for a walk. I was called a couple of hours later and told that the car was ready to collect. They had given the car a wash which was kind of them. While there, I had a look at an Electric Smart car, which I am considering buying an a year or two. I had a chat with a young and knowledgeable salesman. There is a comfortable waiting area, with free tea and coffee, and other drinks available. Nothing to complain about here.

Lovely experience from start to finish. Barry was so helpful and informative throughout the process of buying our car. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended dealership.

Neil Hastings is an excellent salesman and an valuable asset!Can not say the same for other salesmen who engaged with us prior to Neil and failed to even come back to us all together, jeopardising the deal.Make sure that the value adding members of your team like Neil, are appropriately rewarded for the quality and value they bring to your business.
