I found the therapy at this venue very good. I had issues with both my lower back and a second issue with my shoulder. With just three treatments my back problem was sorted and my shoulder very much improved, giving me full movement. I would definitely recommend this therapist to anyone with any muscular disorders.

I've struggled with Sciatica for more than 3 years, back in 2019 over the Christmas period I slipped a disc playing with my son, after trying numerous local massage therapists and chiropractors I thought it was something I'd have to live with as each specialist I've seen hasn't been able to cure the pain, that was until now.. Massage 2 Heal was my last attempt, to be honest i'd given up hope and was getting ready to deal with the pain for the rest of my life. I have been visiting Dr Cheng for separate injuries and muscle problems. After every session I've immediately felt better.Dr Cheng is a true professional. was recommended to see Mr Cheng by my doctor. I have suffered with neck and shoulder pain on and off for 15 years. Previously, I have got short relief from acupuncture, seeing a chiropractor, physio with poor results and most recently services from the Pain Clinic that resulted in Radiofrequency ablation.The service from the pain consultant most recently was poor and disappointing. I was unsure if Mr Cheng was able to help because of the poor service I had received from the pain clinic. However, my GP was confident he would be able to help. I'm glad I followed through with the recommendation as Mr Cheng is meticulously thorougher with care in explaining his craft and working on my trigger points. I sprained my back after a game of squash.Although I was given 3 weeks leave and medication to rest I was still in excruciating pain.Physiotherapy didn't help either.A friend recommended me to see Mr Cheng. At the end of the second session, i could finally stand and walk again.I fully recovered after the third session.Can't thank him enough.

I’ve Known Me Cheng along time but haven’t visited him since 2016 But after a recent visit to Northern General A&E in absolute agony they first thought I’d got a blood clot in my left leg scans showed this not to be the case. They then told me I’d trapped my sciatic nerve and prescribed very strong pain killers and said it could take up to 6 weeks to heal no treatment was offered. After another week of excruciating pain and no sleep I came across Mr Chengs phone number by accident in my contacts as I was looking for another persons number it proved to be fate and a gift from above. I messaged Mr Cheng immediately and he agreed to see me 5pm that same day . On getting there he remembered me and had my file out on his desk from 2016He examined me and found my problems throughout my left leg I had two major problems my sciatica and problems with my femoral nerve. That evening I had a gentle first treatment due to the level of pain I was in and I booked 2 further appointments. Mr Cheng is an absolute genius I’ve just had my 3rd treatment today and my pain level which was initially a 10 bringing me to tears is now only a 2 and over the next 3 to 4 days is likely to dissapear altogether. I am over the moon with his knowledge ability expertise and kindness and feel like he is my guardian angel. Fantastic place, glad i found it. Was suffering from an injury at work where I had pulled all my left side, back, shoulders and neck. Was using a back support to help deal with the pain hoping that it would get better on its own. Long story short, I was in so much pain it was affecting me badly as I was hardly getting any sleep. Had a look at a few local therapists and decided on massage2heal as their website looked the best and was informative. Made the initial phone call and was invited to come down for a free no obligation consultation the following day. I gladly accepted was examined and told what the issue was and how it could be treated. I was given the choice to start there and then, or a time that was convenient to me. I chose to have the first treatment for my back there and then. After only one session my back the following day was pain free and I had a good nights sleep. Booked in for the following week to have the other issues sorted which they have been. I am amazed at the knowledge of Mr Cheng and theeffectiveness of the treatment. 5 out of 5 across the board. I will definitely be going here again if I have any other issues.

Recently went for a full body deep tissue massage. I've been working hard for the past few years and have realised that my body was restless. The massage was second to none that for the remainder of the day I was in such a pleasant mood which is a rarity for me. Since then I have felt perky and have experienced better sleep. The new location also massively added to the overall experience. Will definitely go again and would promote others to the same. Thanks Mr. Cheng!

Dr. Chen was brilliant in taking care of my shoulder injury that caused me pain and discomfort for months. All it took was one session and I felt completely restored.
