Great for breakfast or lunch on the go. Can be very busy at times. However, the staff do an excellent job keeping queues to a minimum.

Absolutely love this shop, I work full time and buy my lunch here, the staff are always friendly and very efficient. I go early at 7am and there's always lots of choices but the staff make it a great place and i enjoy going , even when there's a que it goes down quickly x

Great value for money. Not healthy by any means although options are available.Sausage rolls are now £1.10 which I believe is pretty pricey for what it's is,Staff at this Greggs very friendly. Full recommend the chicken dippers and wedge meal deal for £4.50

What a breath of fresh air from a brand I love, the store is so clean and fresh, the staff are really polite, alot of tables which I love, if you love greggs as much as me it's deffinatly a store worth a visit, thank you Greggs teamvalley maingate kingsway.

I visit this Greggs about once per week in the morning before work. Mostly on a Friday or Saturday. The shelves are always fully stocked at 9 am and there are plenty of staff to help. I find them friendly and always good craic. The shop is always clean and tidy and although there’s often a quiet of around 6 people at this time, it goes down quickly.My only comment would be regarding the app which I find rarely scans in this branch and half the time I end up not bothering to swipe, which is frustrating.

It doesn't matter what Gregg's store you go into the staff are always very friendly. Breakfasts and donuts are my favourite.
