Katie most definitely puts the oh “my” in to myofascial release :) After suffering with persistent tightness and discomfort in my lower back I felt such an improvement after just one session. Katie carried out a full assessment and took the time to explain to me how myofascial release works and tailored the treatment to address my specific concerns. Her level of knowledge and expertise are amazing, I felt like I was in very safe hands. Immediately after the treatment my back felt so much more comfortable, like there was a hot water bottle gently warming the area and 24 hours later it continued to improve. Hi. I went to Fernwood because I had loss of cartilage in my knee. This was causing me a lot of pain. However, the marvelous Katie was able to improve the muscle that supports the knee. The following day i had very little pain when getting up from the sitting position. Yes, the cartilage is still gone, yes, i am still careful when getting up but the awful pain has gone. I can thoroughly reccomend Katie from personal experience.

I had my first massage with Katie and it certainly won’t be the last. Utterly professional, Katie has incredible knowledge on massage and how to alleviate any aches and pains. I was particularly tight in the shoulders, and Katie worked her magic to relieve the tension. Would highly recommend.

Katie is such a fantastic massage & holistic therapist. I'm so glad I found her! Her massages are so good, she just seems to be in tune with what you need. I have a combination of massage followed by some reiki and I love it! I always leave feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and peaceful.

Since having regular Treatments with Katie my tricky shoulders and hamstrings are definitely improving. It’s bittersweet during the treatment but it is always worth bearing as my body feels so much better afterwards. Katie also very intuitive and particularly stressful morning was diffused brilliantly.
