Visited the Plymouth store today to take my watch for repair.I can't fault the staff in the store, they are extremely attentive & knowledgeable, so much so that I then purchased a new watch whilst I was there.

I’ve been wanting a new watch for a while now. I popped into the boutique and was greeted by Abigail and David who were very helpful extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the product. I bought a watch and I love it. Would definitely go back!

Visited to look at a Formula 1 watch whilst shopping at Drakes Circus. They didn't have the model I wanted to see but allowed me to try on a similar model. Extremely polite and helpful staff who made me feel very welcome and even offered me a drink. I look forward to visiting again soon hopefully to make a purchase.

Today my husband and I took our daughter into this shop to get her a watch as a graduation gift. The staff were superb. We'd pre-booked the appointment and when we arrived they had a gift box of treats to give her, along with a card congratulating her for completing her degree. Thank you to all staff for making this a very special day for her. You were all so very kind.

Went to Tag Heuer Plymouth and was made to feel so special. Abby, Lydia and Hannah made the experience one to remember and I would definitely recommend this lovely boutique. Brilliant drinks menu and attentive service, made my day. A big thank you all.

Went in to look, told the guys from the very start, I wasn’t looking to buy just yet and was just looking, but the guys were very polite and helpful regardless, so polite and helpful I ended up buying a watch there and then. And when we left, my partner mentioned how well they treated us, something some of us men don’t pay much attention to but the women spot a mile away. Thanks for the great service

Needed a pin for my watch.Told by salesman he had ordered it and would be here in a few days.Just chased up and told it would take a few weeks…RUBBISH SERVICE FOR SUCH AN EXPENSIVE WATCH
