Epic nails do an excellent manicure. The employees are friendly and the salon is a nice place to be. Highly recommended

Since this shop has opened I will never go anywhere else for my nails & pedicures. Sophie is so precise and welcoming, the shop is a breathe of fresh air!The pedicures provided by Michael are unbelievable! So relaxing, I find myself drifting off to sleep. You feel like your walking on clouds afterwards.Could not recommend these 2 enough!

Sophie is amazing. The salon is clean and peaceful. My nails look fabulous. Sophie took time over them. I’d highly recommend.

Sophie & Michael always offer such a warm, relaxing and friendly environment. I’ve had acrylic nails, shellac nails and pedicures all been amazing.The pedicures are ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ call for an appointment or can accommodate walk in’s which is the best if you’re on a tight schedule. Best place for nails around!

I never understand why this place books so many people in at the same time. My daughter has had to return twice within a week of Michael doing her nails. She was told to come at 4.15pm. At 5pm I had to go in and speak to them. She had to be in town by 6pm and had to go home, get ready and do hair and make-up. Thanks very much she is well and truly late. No apologies- too busy doing a million customers. My daughter should have been a priority, considering Iv had to bring her back twice. She won’t be coming here again. If you don’t mind sitting around for hours then this is the place to go!!!*In response to your reply. How on earth could a cctv camera pick up a voice? You didn’t apologise but spoke , not in English , to your colleague. When your clients have already paid for a service and have to return twice due to poor quality work, then that’s when they are a priority as they have already paid! My negative review stands and hopefully you will take my points on board. Seems I’m not the only one to complain about the same thing!

Not good service today. Too many people in for the amount of employees and my nails got totally rushed. They look nothing like what i asked for are all uneven and not symmetrical and cut way shorter than i asked for. Disappointing because i loved going there sophie is usually very friendly but today she rushed off before i could even ask for changes to my nails and then felt too uncomfortable to ask so have now had to go to another salon to get a complete new set.
