My wife and I have been very pleased with the service provided by the Leeds Branch of The Garage Door Company in replacing our long-standing up and over powered double door with a new powered woodgrain sectional one. Mark was very helpful in discussing our needs and providing a prompt quote, the Branch Manager Keisha handled our order efficiently, installation manager James was equally efficient in updating us and providing a suitable installation date and the installers Mark and Louis spent just over five hours removing the old door and fitting the new one very carefully. Well done all, with the projected eight weeks from order to fitting beaten by around two weeks.We are delighted with our new door and how it looks and operates and are very hopeful that it will give us good service for many years to come. Neighbours have already expressed interest in it and have been asking which company we used and what we thought of them, so more orders may follow. Thanks again.

We visited the Stockport showroom and picked an insulated roller garage door. we arranged for a survey and the surveyor arrived and took sizes he rang the office and worked out a price we agreed the price as long as we had three remotes the office agreed we waited for a phone call. we were given a date and waited in on the date Nobody arrived we phoned up Stockport and were given a new date the fixers arived and fitted the door and showed us a scratch which they said we could have a touch up or a new slat they also had only two controllers not three they rang the office and were told they would send one.i was told that the fixers were on the way with with the remote and a director told them not to call as they did not have the touch up after ringing the office two or three times we were transferred to Leeds I talked to the lad who sorts out problems and he told me Stockport branch had closed down I told this lad that I wanted a new slat not a touch up . all my phone calls to Stockport had been a waste of time after three days the controller arrived.in the post now after two phonecalls and being told they are bewould be rang back. I still await a call

I recently had to call out garage door to fix a door not working. The problem was dealt with quickly an efficiently. All members of staff I had to speak with in the office and the employees that came out to fix the door were all very helpful, polite and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Having used The Garage Door Company at our previous home and being very pleased with the door and after sales services, we decided to have The Garage Door Company fit a new door on the garage of our new home. The lads were efficient, personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend their services.

The Garage Door Company Leeds have been a compete joke to deal with unfortunately.Initial visit from their sales team, really nice chap. He turned up measured the door and gave us our options. It seemed a fair price so we booked them in.The day of installation comes along 6 weeks from initial visit. The fitters turn up with the door (again fitters nice people), measure up before getting cracked on with the installation and inform us that the door is too big.These things happen which we appreciate. The company said it will resolve this as a matter of urgency, which we appreciated. Re-sent the same member of their sales team to measure up to ensure the correct measurements were taken. He confirmed measurements were fine apologised and explained it never happens and it will not happen again.We then waited another 4 weeks for the door to be installed. Installation date comes around, fitters turn up and measure the door once again before starting with the works (fitters again nice chaps) and inform us that again the door has been supplied at the incorrect size for the second time and cannot be fit. A complete embarrassment in my opinion.They spent some time talking to office staff who seemed extremely reluctant to take responsibility for the situation.The fitters seem competent in their role, the back end staff which control the process and manufacturing side are beyond incompetent.It is safe to say we have taken a full refund and are having to use a different company.

My dad had a garage door fitted by Callum & Dexter, did an amazing job as well as cleaned up after themselves and took the old door away, they explained exactly how to use it as he is 88 years old!Would definitely recommend nice friendly lads.Thank you

I hate leaving reviews unless they are 5 star for great service. But I felt compelled to leave this review.Terrible company!!!!Had a viewing booked which was cancelled twice. Eventually met the salesperson who told me everything would be done as I had requested and assured me that the £2000 floor I had laid only 4 months earlier would be carefully cut for the frame uprights.After paying the £1500 deposit I had zero communication from them for 12 weeks. The day before my expected fitting date I phoned them to ask: am I still having my doors fitted tomorrow? The answer was yes

My Dad ordered a roller garage door for his house in Ripponden, West Yorkshire and was told he had to pay a 50% deposit (which was £500.00). When the day of installation came he was advised they hadn't been able to get the door from the supply company. He patiently waited a number of weeks, eventually losing patience and requested a refund of his deposit. Three weeks later he was still waiting, after chasing with them numerous times we got his bank to refund the deposit.Woul not recommend this company.

We had a garage door and frame fitted by Callum and Dexter from the Leeds branch. They were friendly and professional and did a great job removing the old door and replacing it with the new. It was a quick process, they cracked on with the job and within a few hours, our new door was in and looking great. I suspected that our rendering might not cope with being disturbed when cutting out the old frame, but they did their best to minimise damage to it and they ensured it was a good finish. Thanks for doing such a good, professional job.

Purchased via the Leeds branch, from sale to install we couldn't have wished for a better experience. All staff from sales to installers were professional and nothing was too much trouble. The garage door came weeks early and the installers were super quick, polite and tidy. Cleaned up after themselves and insisted we inspect their work before they left - great job!
