I popped in last Saturday. As just moved to the area. And myself and husband needed table and chairs and basic furniture. We were met with a very rude bloke who. Asked us to use gel on our hands. I said I'm good thank you. Which upset the bloke more. And he then told me to put gloves on. Which were jamed in a box. ( not good practice) we walked around feeling very uncomfortable. To then have a second bloke turn up. Who was not much better. So we sacked it. So due to the attitude of the staff. We spent our money else where. And got a better service. Maybe they need to go on a customer services course

Only went in to look and came away with a suite. Tracey Mundy was the most helpful, funny, knowledgeable and professional saleslady I have met in a long while. The suite is so comfortable and the gift of a table lamp was the icing. Thank you OFL

I received a delivery today and was appalled by how it was left both in my house and outside. When you pay over £2000 for sofas you should not be expected to manhandle the amount of packaging the sofas are delivered in. Disgusting customer

The one star is because the staff in the shop are nice and the customer service team are too,however I would suggest you go to oakland up by Tesco you pay a third of what you pay at Oakland Furniturland,because they tell you they will do a room delivery and remove packaging and a home assembly with the delivery ,they don't they just deliver the furniture in its packaging and leave and you pay for that service .

Appalling service having agreed a delivery date when ordered - this was then slipped a month, then half an hour before that delivery date they slipped it another 3 weeks. Three months from the order if it arrives. Their on line customer service also rates 1 to 2 stars.

Having ordered 2 sofas and a reclining chair costing over £2600 on 6th Jan 2023 I was pushed back on delivery 3 times until I demanded a refund in Sept 2023 now having been fobbed so many times I was reduced to having to threaten to start court proceedings and suddenly on Oct 10th my refund finally arrived ....totally avoid at all they don't care and are basically keeping your money as long as they can 7 months and no sofa ???

I paid for premium deliveryThe first delivery of my wardrobeThe delivery team dropped it in my carPark and broke it. On the 2nd attempt to deliver my wardrobe the delivery team said it was too heavy to carry into my first floor flat. Then they found the wardrobe was damaged for a second time and put it back in their van and drove off. I have no telephone calls from company to apologise I had to chase everything.David Parsons
