Josh and his team at the yoga factory are amazing teachers. I’ve learnt so much in the past 6 months. My mental health and physical body have improved and I’m feeling fantastic! I was worried at the beginning as I was new to yoga, however Josh explained everything and even sent videos before the class explaining what we’ll be doing in the class! I went from doing 1 class per week to 5. Highly recommend!

I started on a 7 days unlimited pass which is great value as a try out. The Yoga Factory has a good variety of yoga practises. Whatever your preferred style, it has something for everyone. There are classes day, night and in the afternoon. I'm really benefiting from the unlimited amount of yoga I can practice, whilst the meditations are a wonderful bonus. All in all I am having a good experience with the Yoga factory. Thank you all. Hannah

Such a beautiful, sacred and special space. You will always receive a warm welcome, each class is with the highest quality of teachers and youll really struggle to find such a spot elsewhere. Highly recommend ❤️

I stumbled upon The Yoga Factory and found a true yoga haven. The teachers' expertise shines in every class, which is tailored to various levels. The inviting chai café adds to the charm, offering a perfect post-yoga or chill-out session. The serene ambiance and diverse offerings make this studio a transformative yoga experience. Highly recommended for the mind, body, and soul.

The Yoga Factory
For the last fortnight, I've been attending classes at least once a day on the £20 unlimited 14 day offer. The team are great, facilities are clean and fresh (loving the yoga mat spray and cloth!) and the teachers are knowledgeable, open and flexible in both body and attitude. In this short time, I feel stronger, more centred and totally welcome there. And the gluten free cake in the cafe is wonderful too! The atmosphere is kind, supportive and playful. I love it.
