On multiple occasions ordered products from bf Mulholland to have to ring up and find the items haven't even been dispatched. Loss of clients and a lot of hassle. Extremely poor when they used to be very good.

Awful customer service… paid £6 for delivery and still heard nothing 5 weeks later despite trying to contact them several times. Sent a 4th email a few days ago asking for a refund and was refunded with no contact or correspondence what so ever! Avoid this company unless you want to want weeks just to not receive your item anyway. Very rude customer service completely ignoring me and just refunding me without any contact.

Not impressed. Maybe it's Brexit but this company insists on keeping my business on a proforma basis. Tried the softly approach to correct but to no success. Is it just me or are all dentists in the south treated same way. Long time in business and feel inequality issues here.

Worst company to deal with over a month for a n order that is lost somehwere still waiting on refund of order, unprofessional and a hassle to deal wih HS or DMI much better to deal with
