Amazing range of products in this big store. There was items for every pet you could need. The pricing was reasonable for the quality of product you receive. They also have a rewards scheme which is worthwhile. I will always go here for any of my pet needs.

I went in needing help regarding a dietary requirement for my cat, that had been recommended by my own vet. The first staff member I approached was extremely helpful and took the time and effort to order the appropriate food for my cat. Home delivery was quicker than expected too.

Pets at Home Derby
Called in yesterday morning about 9am after travelling down from Yorkshire. Our dog had a bad journey and I wanted something to help her anxiety. The man who was on the checkout was polite and friendly and called a colleague to assist me. The female assistant was a marvellous help, friendly, very knowledgeable and talked me through all the options. I was able to purchase a product that worked for my dog and later on that day we were able to travel back with no problems .Thank you all so much xx

Friendly helpful staff, was looking round for a product and decided to as someone for help. They were super knowledgeable.Didn't really like the idea of having animals right in front of the door as you go in, I imagine kids wind these poor animals up no end.

Groom room - friendly staff but paid for everything to be done - ears, nails, teeth, de-shedding etc. The hair was coming off of her immediately after pick up, stroked her and hair come off. Was not de-shed properly, disappointing and a waste of money. Go to a different location, they don't do it properly here.

I attended the pet pals workshop with my 2 children this week. The host (dark hair and glasses) was so lovely and made learning interesting and fun for the kids. She was brilliant at getting them involved even the kids who were a bit nervous. Thankyou

Decent sizedI only go there to buy dog and rabbit things really. I don't use vet facilities here so can't comment. However they have good stock and plenty of choiceLive furries and reptiles inc tropical fishAnd staff members who give helpful advice!
