Bought a Ford Fiesta st from this dealership for 11k. From the get go the service wasn’t the best, I was buying it sight unseen so had to make sure it was the right car, had to keep phoning to ask when it was ready and the salesman Keiran kept saying work was getting done to it but refused to say what work. He would never phone me, I had to keep phoning him, this went on for a week and a half. Eventually it got delivered free of charge which was nice but it came with 1 flat tyre with a bulge in it (quite dangerous) and 1 all cracked and old which would definitely be an mot advisory or fail so obviously wasn’t checked over like they say all their cars do before the sale, they agreed to refund me for the flat one but not the cracked one. (I payed 11k for this car) Two and a half months later, I’m still yet to receive the £65 refund after multiple emails to keiran. Also the front wheels were apparently “refurbished” but after getting a proper valet on the car, I’ve noticed that the front wheels are a different shade of grey from the rear wheels and it’s not the lighting, I’ve checked multiple times. I have let keiran know but I’ve let that one go because I can’t be bothered with the hassle of trying to get it rectified because I know they won’t do anything. The car has been faultless so I’ll give them that, but the actual service was not the best at all.

I had an excellent experience thanks to Sarah, who is a manager in the service department. She professionally sorted out my issue in relation to being unable to get the car to the Toyota garage. Im very happy with the level of service, and the car is back on the road. The work on the car was completed promptly; the mechanics did a great job.

Car has been in due to a damage spring, advised car would be done before 5pm and then get a call advising they have to order the part and won’t get back until Wednesday. Safe to say they couldn’t even supply a courtesy car, unless I got one at a rental company. I will struggle to collect two children from two different schooling locations and getting to and from work. Very disappointing

Excellent service from Toyota Stoneacre Darlington. From the first visit, Michael was so welcoming and accommodating. Anything wasn’t a problem. Gave me a cracking deal which I couldn’t refuse. Everything was organised very well and communication was excellent. Highly recommended and will definitely be back in the future!

We arrived to be greeted in friendly, professional manner always find staff willing to listen about vehicle problem. Best to always show staff issue so have better understanding. We found Sat nav not responding as should, technician very good, if further problems we're asked to contact Dealer for further investigation, fair enough! Not used when sending this experience, todays the day!Clean environment. Parking easy , disabled spaces at out front of showroom.

Still waiting for a follow up phone call to see if I was pleased with my purchase after 1 month of owning my car . not the best customer service I’ve experienced. One or two issues found wipers and wash/ not working ( nissan have sorted this) replacing all the tyres as 2 are cracked and old and should have been spotted at MOT stage other two are different cheap makes otherwise the actual car is fine.

Drove 250 miles (5hrs) from London to Darlington to buy a Prius for £24k. First dealt with Micheal Duckworth who was great from start to end but had to deal with Adrian on a day that Micheal was absent and also in person when we drove there. Absolutely awful, very rude, very abrupt and highly disrespectful. He gave incorrect information multiple times then went on to deny saying anything he had said previously. Absolutely awful service from Adrian, big thanks to Micheal for looking after us
