We first met Phil Coady when he was selling the previous property we had been renting. Phil assured us he would find us an even better property to rent and that he did; so much so, we stayed for 12 years! During this time the property was managed by Phil and his team. The property wasn’t particularly well maintained by the landlords, however Phil was always extremely helpful in ensuring the best possible outcomes for us.
