I would like to share my experience with this agent.I rent a room at Selly Oak when I studied in University of Birmingham on September 2018 and paid £650 refundable deposit. I returned the key for the unit and left the place on 7th-June-2019. However, as I was rushing to catch my flight, I did not meet the person-in-charge to collect my deposit but called him and he promised that he will arrange to transfer my deposit to my bank account.I sent an e-mail to him on 10th-June-2019 reminding him to transfer my deposit to my account but I received no reply from him. Attempts to reach him by phone were not successful. On 17th-June-2019, I managed to contact him by phone and he said he need to verify the amount of refund and will then transfer to my account within 2 days. Today, after more than 2 weeks, I still did not get my refundable deposit back. When I called him, my call was declined.I hope whoever looking for accommodation to rent from this agent please do take note of my unpleasant experience dealing with the man (there is another lady in their office).

Coming from out of town for university was already very stressful but the team at Seasons Law made it a quick and simple process to find top quality accommadation at a reasonable price.Very happy

I had a problem identical to the previous commentator, however, i did get my money back in the end.It seems to me that their coordination between different workers is quite bad, so unless u manage to make it through to the biggest boss, it may take a fair bit of time before you get your deposit back.In terms of housing though, the agency is quite responsive and literally gave me and my flatmates everything we asked for (new dryer, an extra fridge etc) at the first request. For free. They are also genuinely nice people, prices aren't too steep and housing quality is good. The only considerable flaw I see is the fact that there is rarely anyone at the agency and consequentially it seems like there is little communication between different workers who work different days, so it may take time before they actually respond to you. Overall, though, it was a pleasant experience living with these guys.PS. Also selly oak, also uni of birmingham, my deposit was much less than 650£ though.

Team at Seasons Law were very helpful in finding accommodation in walking distance to the university.Would recommend for high quality accommodation at excellent prices.
