Outstanding service. Originally, Rory came just to fit a new Yale lock on the front door. He offered to install all my new door furniture as well - a more complicated job than envisaged as he had to fill the existing opening for the letter box and cut in a new one, which meant returning twice more to complete the job. He also serviced the mortice lock, fitted a Ring doorbell and installed a new lock on the back door. He was brilliant! Excellent workmanship and value for money. Fantastic customer service - really obliging and helpful, friendly and reliable. Don't hesitate to contact him!

Fantastic service! I went from a frazzled, locked out state of panic to calm and back in my home within minutes. He arrived within 10 minutes of initial phone call and was very friendly and polite but also honest about the options available. I would definitely use again if required and recommend to others.

Rory was fantastic. We had our lock break over Christmas. Spoke to Rory on the bank holiday morning and by 12 he was at ours. It wasn’t an easy job. He identified the problem and fixed it. I would happily recommend Rory and the team to anyone again. Thanks again

Called these guys when my son locked himself out of our house, response time was absolutely amazing. The technician who attended was friendly, professional and very quick to get my son back into the house without damaging our door or lock. We needed to secure our side gate as it had a broken lock. After considering different options with Rory we commissioned him to build a new, secure, bespoke gate and lock. We are so pleased with the end result. It's so secure and easy to use. It took a few weeks to complete as we were away and sourcing the lock. Rory was flexible and kept us up to date with progress. I am very happy to recommend.

Rory fixed my composite front door that was jammed with a key broken off in the lock for good measure. Replaced the only the parts that needed to be changed and charged a reasonable amount for his time and expertise.Very professional throughout, highly recommended!!!
