Wisbech Day Nursery

My grandson attends the nursery, he has an amazing time with varied new experiences. He especially enjoys his time outdoors and loves his forest school sessions.

The childcare staff here are really nice, however when it comes to the finance, it is a nightmare. God help you if you are a day late paying, you are harassed and bullied. A friend of mine was called one day and told 'come and get your kids, we are cancelling the nursery places as from now' in the middle of an afternoon. Another parent I spoke to was constantly harassed for payment in front of other parents in the nursery, in a very rude manner. There are no customer service skills here at all and reports from a parent about being verbally abused in the street by the owner. It is really not worth it. I myself had issues of late payments and suffered bouts of the same things others had. It is such as shame as the childcare is rather good, it is just the owner who lets it all down, for this I wouldn't recommend them.

Great nursery, my little one has been here for a year now, she loves it. She has a great time while she is there. The staff are amazing. Very informative when you collect your child. My little one loves the forest garden, (the forest garden was the main reason I sent my little one here as she loves being outside)
