I would recommend City Mortgages 101% to anyone embarking on a mortgage application journey. The quality of their service is comparable to none. Gurdip S. Pathay made my case, a potentially complex one involving three products, very blissful. I will forever be grateful, especially because I have experienced bad mortgage brokers in the past.I have also used the services of a fee-charging broker and it was nothing like what Gurdip and his team offer. He works with great speed, professionalism and also keeps you updated throughout the process. He is also easily accessible and provides good counsel.

I had a fantastic service from G S Pathay of City Mortgages. My mortgage need was a complicated one but Gurdip made sure I had the best possible chance of getting the best deal.At the start of my application my credit rating wasn't great and I wasn't sure if I would get a good rate. It's all completed now and I have an affordable deal, with a High Street bank and an excellent credit rating. I would absolutely recommend City Mortgages for a professional yet friendly service. A very seamless process. Managed to get me a mortgage without much chasing. Very efficient and professional and kept me updated as best as possible.
