The lake is nice but the Asian owner lady is psychotic and has no idea of customer service. All she does is collects money and screams at people who are trying to enjoy themselves. She also takes advantage of members asking them to perform her duties but not returning favours and still exceptionally rude to everyone, including people she is heavily relying on. Would be nice if someone who knows what they are doing would be in charge there to make experience a lot better. There is no first aid, rest area is dangerous and not looked after

The surrounding area is poorly maintained the lake it's self is ok WEN you can get on it due to incredibly poor Management !Also well known for not answering the phone and not turning up even wen you have arranged for someone to be there to open the gate!

Absolutely great place!!!Amazingly lovely lady running the place has welcomed us. In nice weather, it can rival any abroad water ski resort.

Absolutely shockin the lady owner is total let down as all members there are absolutely top notch ppl she really does need throwing in the lake absolutely disgusting how she speaks to people an watching kids cry cus shes having a power trip is total madness I really do feel sorry for you gd ppl who r the members

Absolutely stunning lake and beautiful horses on the land, however, the 'land owner', a lady of asian origin, was extremely rude to myself and another man.She asked why I was at the club and I stated that I was from a charity and way supplying hay to the horses and as far as I was concerned I had permission to do so. She was very impolite and has put me off visiting again.If you plan to go down, do your best to avoid this lady. She is vile!

The worst customer experience, wouldn’t allow family to come to the lake, spoke with no manners. Was very rude to us when we was complying to her. Told us to leave when we paid. Made us pay £10 pp to sit on the grass.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!‼️

Visited here the day brought my jetski and everyone was so helpful from helping to launch issues with the ski itself and getting it back on the trailer. Member or non member the staff are happy to welcome you!

Beautiful place but horrible customer service,the Asian lady is a vile woman and has no manners.We show nothing but respect towards her and she still has to find a reason to shout at you .
