I am so pleased with my new air conditioning installed by Dave and his men.Nothing was too much trouble. They worked efficiently and the whole thing was up and running in a day. Dave was only too happy to answer any questions that I had. I would certainly recommend them. Job Well Done!

Always a great experience with Mountair. Both over emails for customer support or during the regular maintenance. The service always feels very direct and personal, it is reassuring to know any issues can be fixed quickly. Not that we have had any issue.

Excellent service, I have already recommended Mountair to friends. Having initially carried out remedial work on a shoddy A/C installation fitted in 2 bedrooms by a previous, never to be used again A/C company, Mountair returned 2 years later to install A/C in a large double height living room in my flat on the top floor of a converted schoolhouse, siting the vents alongside existing spotlights that made positioning difficult. Previously it was always warm, even in Winter with the heating off. It is now perfect. They prepared an initial quotation in 2018 and stood by their price in 2020. It was not an easy install - the loft void is small and fragile. They did everything that they said they would do and they did it in double quick time. They were a friendly team, from Natalie at the office, to Dean who led the team and just made the difficult bits go away, making sound and sensible suggestions whenever the inevitable hiccups (none of which were of their making) cropped up. On completion, Mountair cleaned up and reinstated to the point where my decorator didn't even realise that they'd been and gone. The finished installation looks great, I'm really pleased with it. I only wish there were more teams like theirs, in particular within the A/C sector where my experience is that it is populated by chancers and cowboys.

I've always found MountAir very helpful and attentive. The staff are all very helpful and friendly and whenever we have an issue, they address it in a timely manner. 5star. Would recommend.

Dave and the Mountair team are great. With budget in mind they have completed 2 full systems for my business which have been exactly what is needed and cost effective. Completely the opposite to some companies trying to oversell expensive set ups. They are professional, do a great job and available to any discuss/sort out issues that arise even after the installation is complete. I would highly recommend them!

I bought my air conditioner from Mountair in 2007 and for the past fifteen years, they have looked after me and it above and beyond the call of duty. In the summer of 2012, when I came home from hospital after major surgery during a heat wave, they came on one day's notice to reassure me that the air conditioner was in good working order. They have never put a foot wrong and I am very glad that it was Mountair that I rang in 2007.

We use this Company at our Chelmsford based clinic. They service our air-con units and do a brilliant job. They are very quick to respond to any call outs, literally there within the hour of my calling. Five star service. Thankyou!
