Excellent value lunch deal. £11.99 for 2 courses. Filika, Otto and Gezi on Wanstead High Street have really put their prices up for lunch deals, making it almost prohibitive, unless it's a very occasional trip.It was almost empty when I popped in. Service was efficient and fast. Food was delicious and generous. I ordered an aubergine starter and salmon for my main.It was accompanied by complimentary bread, yogurt dip, another dip and a generous salad.Would definitely go back and I highly recommend it.

It is one of a kind.An incredible staff attends the restaurant, but also the food is exquisite and full of flavours and cooked to perfection. I'm of those people that love taking the family out for a meal and feel like we are at home every time we go to a restaurant. Salash Kitchen is one of those places where you can feel at home in the way the staff treats you, plus the food will make you feel satisfied and happy for having the opportunity to eat in one of the best restaurants in the area. So go and try it, you will know what I'm talking about, and you won't regret it.

We just yesterday had our work Christmas party food ordered from here... takeaway menu.Brilliant service and great customer care. Haran went above and beyond with our order. Even arranging for someone to bring a missing item to us as we wasn't able to get back there. Everyone commented on the quality of the food and thoroughly enjoyed. Excellent place to have lunch, the food is prepared from fresh so you wait a while but it's worth it. The 2 or 3 course lunch menu is great value for money. Very attentive staff, clean and great food.

My stars are for decor and furniture and live plants on the floor of Salash kitchen. The waiting time, the waiters and the food are all below average for the pretence.I have witnessed the first Turkish restaurant opening in south Woodford about 12-13 years ago and followed the rise and fall of many Turkish restaurants in the area (woodford-wanstead). My remarks after my meal in June 2023:- Ali nazik is one of my favourite dishes supposedly with a smokey aubergine flavour yoghurt sauce and with aubergines themselves in it, was just a blunt heavy yoghurt with few little bits of aubergine. The lamb with it was cooked well done". Low flavour dish that was.- Mixed fish shish was overcooked with prawns so dry that the shell was not coming off. Consisting of 2 small pieces of salmon (one broken into pieces)

Very generous management!You don't need to buy starters! they brought everything extra even that we ordered some this is dine in and for take aways as well! the food is delicious and the kitchen is flexible if you want to add or change something in your order!The service is good, however I would recommend the restaurant to hire a staff member that can speak english and understand more better the requirements/needs. I also ask The manager the difference between two dishes he couldn't really answer my question and he was reading on my menu. I don t want someone to read but rather someone who can explain...But overall everything was good and delicious!

We recently dined here and had an incredible experience! The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was inviting and cozy, and the staff provided top service. The place has such a welcoming vibe, making it an instant favorite in the area for us.
