Went Liverpool women's hospital and the cab going was so friendly and the cab back was even better, told him I had hot flushes after cancer so he put the air con on and we had a lovely chat to take my mind off.. Will definitely use them again. Fantastic.

Not reliable because I call taxi for my husband on wheelchair many times for appointment but they won't show up always disappointing. I don't like the customer service as well because they are not patient to listen to you so proud.If they don't understand what you are saying they are not ready to ask.

Booked cab 24 hours in advance. At 20 mins late I received a generic computer aided voice mail to say taxi not yet allocated. Rang the desk - could not say when one would be allocated. Had to cancel because I had flight to catch. Waste of time. Will never use again.

A disabled customer, but driver no help, just sat in his 'cabin' watching me struggle to get in. Same at my destination. I asked if the extra step could be pulled out to aid my descent but was told it was broken - this should have been repaired! Driver told me to 'come down backwards' - too unnerving for me. He came to my side but did not touch me just repeating to 'come down backwards'. I was very unsettled since the 'step down' was too great for my small frame.Not a good experience.

Very professional looking on the face of it, the app took my money and immediately lost the booking. Booked with dispatch following that with a very friendly and helpful lady. Taxi didn't turn up, the automated message telling me we are searching for a driver. I then whistled and got one of the cars they were searching for that was passing us. Later I gave them the benefit of the doubt and had a similar experience. Using apps and automated voice is very impressive. I'm sure very poor service is not their intention, but it is their reality.

We booked an appointment for 8am. Arrived a few minutes early. Driver very professional, friendly and helpful.Later booked a return cab home that arrived a couple of minutes later and the driver exactly the same.I will definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone. I was very impressed.George

Booked a taxi well in advance on the app for 4.30am to get to the bus station for the bus to the airport. When I phoned because the taxi didn't come, I got a bot telling me they were still searching for a driver and they couldn't give a waiting time. Great! I phoned later and same thing. I cancelled the taxi How could I rely on that to get me there on time?? We had to walk to the bus station with our cases. A great beginning to our holiday. Thanks but not again!

Pre-ordered cab. Driver exceptional in every way. Arrived on time: polite, helpful and friendly. Reached destination in good time. Excellent value. Would use again recommend to anyone looking for a reliable taxi service.

Great app, easy to book for future trips. Comfortable van (rearfacing seats for half the people). Only complaint is the app doesn't allow you to change a booking to pay by card if you chose cash, but you can in the cab on arrival.

I am so grateful to Computer Cabs as they went above and beyond to pick my mother up from a nursing home to move her to another permananetly. We were let down by local firm and we required a wheelchair taxi.The operator knew the urgency of our situation and managed to organise a taxi for us. We will be forever grateful..Jaime the driver was grateful too !
