Channel 4 Television (London)

Visiting channel 4 headquarters in London was an incredible and exciting experience. Upon arrival you will notice an incredible structure dedicated to the original logo you would see in channel 4 promotions. It's a little hard describe but you'll know exactly what it is when you see it if you've always watched channel 4.The building itself is a great spectacle with its modern architecture and glass bridge which take you over underground rooms before you even enter the building.The staff are wonderful, a friendly and diverse mix of people ready to show you why they love being part of such an iconic British company. They offer a warm welcome upon arrival and keep you feeling at ease during your visit, answering any questions you may have.I really enjoyed my visit and would jump at the opportunity to visit again, so if you get the chance to visit, don't miss it!

I like they people at Channel 4. I used to deliver their tapes from the editors at the end of the day. The lobby is impressive as is the classic 4" sculpture out front that really does exist! It was better before they painted the front of the 4 white. It seemed to transform more amazingly before. Now it's as if they're worried you won't see it's a number 4

Totally disrespectful for the residents in their estate, they have been having works for ages, never any noise, this morning Jubilee Bank Holiday, a day when people can sleep in, relax and don't have to go to work, they are doing works on the terrace with water pressure machines.I have called the security, that asked the contractors to stop making for half an hour only. This is a bank holiday day, residents around are supposed to sleep in and relax but it's not gonna happen because of the noise in their ground level terrace.At least you should give a notice to residents so next time we want to relax on abnak holiday we can go to a hotel.They are lucky there are trees between my windows and thede contractors otherwise they would receive every kind of projectiles until they leave and come back Monday after the jubillee week end.

I used to live next door to this building and it was always a joy watching the seasonal shifts of the 4 next door. When Channel Four started way back in 1984, it was massive and progressive: the network identity of the moving blocks to form the numeric 4 was one of the most iconoclastic pieces of broadcasting in the modern age.It took the example of all the old regional network identities in providing a tiny motion pic or intro animation.The 4 outside this building is geometrically arranged so that the blocks form a complete mathematical whole from which ever perspective. Innovative, and clever....

Impressive logo installation outside, but the juxtaposition with the word ‘play’ amused me.

Sadly the iconic frontage was under wraps.

Well designed building, but not open to the public. Staff canteen might well be one of the best I've been to.

Working here now so it better be good I suppose lol. Honestly though, it is an iconic building and just a stones throw from the London Eye and Westminster. The minute you walk in you feel welcome. Went for my interview and was drenched in sweat, asked if there was anywhere to cool down, told the security guard I was here for an interview and to wish me good luck, got told 'you don't need good luck, you have got this.

I was here on an visit. Channel 4 implemented diversity but they have a long way to go. I see that there are more young people that work there but unfortunately some of them have no skills in communication with their elders. Very disappointed. I will be making a further complaint. Regardless of age, race or gender, no one should be made to feel worthless. Never.
