Coach party of 49. Very good cruise up the severn. Had picnic lunch. Contained 2 slices of bread cut into 4 triangles. each with different fillings.One triangle of cheese one of egg and the ham and chicken with very sparse quantity of meat. One scone with jam and cream already put on one square of lemon drizzle cake and one strawberry. One mug of tea or coffee. We were not able to buy a second mug. Most of the group enjoyed the trip an d would like to return next year.

Very enjoyable cruise, the fish and chips were tasty and the scenery was lovely. All the staff were pleasant and helpful except for one lady who was incredibly rude as we were waiting to get on the boat. Her disposition was brusk and obnoxious when she ordered the group to move away from the gate, many of whom had limited mobility. She spoke as though the guests were irritating and inconvenient and was generally unacceptable in her attitude. Despite this, the trip was most enjoyable and we would definately consider booking something similar in the future.

A very enjoyable couple of hours cruising peacefully on the river Severn towards Worcester. A warm welcome and friendly efficient staff sailed punctually, served a good cup of tea, sandwiches, scones and cake. There was plenty of room on the boat inside and out.
