TUI Holiday Store

We had a problem with booking the hotel we wanted for our TUI holiday online, so went into the local branch in George Yard. We found all the staff to be welcoming and friendly. Keeley in particular, was most helpful with sorting out the problem and helping us book a lovely holiday in Gran Canaria. Wouldn't hesitate to go back instore to book a holiday again!

This is the second time I have used Braintree TUI to book a holiday. I normally do it all myself online. Chloe is the agent we have now used twice. She has been very helpful to us on both occasions. So friendly and easy to talk to. We had problems with our last holiday and even though we were unhappy Chloe was very helpful in resolving the issue. The problems were not of her making but she took on board our comments and resolved the issue to the best of her ability and it was the excellent service she provided that is what brought us back to her door to book our holiday with her this year rather than do it online. Hang on to this lovely lady. She is a good person to promote your company with the service she provides.

I booked my first holiday in 5 years today with Tui in Braintree. The lovely Chloe helped me and made my experience very positive. She was very patient, helpful and explained everything so well. I feel she has helped me book a perfect holiday and I will be asking for Chloe to help me with my next holiday!

I have always booked my holidays with the Braintree Store. The staff are very friendly. Chloe has booked my last two holidays and her customer service skills are great. She delivers a very personal experience showing interest in the customer and their needs.

Big shout out to Amy at Tui store Braintree. Nothing was too difficult, Amy took the brief and sourced us options to suit budget, dates, locations. Amy was professional and ensured she delivered the information we requested and followed up with us through the process. We have now booked our holiday with Amy. Highly recommend Amy to friends and family if they wanted to find a holiday, but get lost in the web sites and need assistance with a face to face Tui colleague, doing the sometimes hard bit of finding the best options! Amy listens carefully & takes the time to find the best deal. She works professionally staying in regular contact, providing options and giving her expert advice.
