What a fabulous pub; the atmosphere was great, it was pretty busy but friendly and fun. Food was outstanding, I always order a burger when I'm out and this one was one of the best. Partner went for the fish and she raved about it. We were only out for a quite bit to eat and were there for over three hours.Been a while since we enjoyed a night like this, wish we lived locally but certainly can't wait to come back. We didn't have enough room for dessert but maybe next time.

Friendly people running this clean and tidy establishment.Decent outside space in the sun.They serve a full menu and also have a pizza bar in the garden. Unfortunately we didn't have time to sample the food but the drinks were good and the atmosphere friendly.

The New Inn
From start to finish this was a great experience. The welcome we got from the servers made us feel very special, they just had the biggest smiles and easy conversation for young people. Beer was good and the food excellent, I had the beef burger onion rings and chips and my wife had vegetable & halloumi burger. To finish we had a share of bread and butter pudding with cream so top marks to the chef, yummy.

3 of us visited on a Thursday evening for some good , firstly the place was dark and empty zero atmosphere, we sat down ordered food came and unfortunately it wasn't very goodChips cooked in old oil stank!A friends pie was burnt in the middleWhen we made the waiter aware we got a o ok I'll take of the bill"Overall not a we will be retuning

Good quality and tasty food.Lots of customers and service quite good. Only gripe a female member of staff kept coming over to a male sitting next to our table. Clearly, in a relationship and great that they enjoy each others company, but not necessary for us to have him see caress her bottom numerous time as she leant in towards him for reassurance that he fancied her.

Nice atmosphere,but food not to expectation.Slow cooked pork,was sctualy quick cooked last minute pork,tough to chew,hard to eat.Lassgne was better.Nice outdoor garden for the summer days.

My partner Sophie and I recently had the pleasure of dining at The New Inn Pub in Melksham, and let me tell you, it was an experience worth raving about! Sophie opted for the steak, and it was truly a masterpiece. Cooked to perfection, each bite melted in her mouth, leaving her utterly satisfied. As for me, I couldn't resist trying the lamb cutlets, and I was not disappointed. The lamb was tender, succulent, and bursting with flavor, leaving me wanting more with every forkful.And of course, the grand finale was the heavenly Fudge cake, served with generous dollops of cream and ice cream. Pork belly was to die for, sausages & mash was amazing, good range of desserts on offer (we really enjoyed our bread & butter pudding & choc fudge cake). Friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere, meals reasonably priced, what more could you ask for? Thanks for a great meal.
