Recently drove past Victoria’s flowers in Ruislip high street and decided to pop in. It’s very clear how much they value their customers and she went over and above what I was actually after, the bouquet was vibrant and beautiful!When they arrived to the recipient that lasted for over a week as you always think will they start wilting quite fastActually they even wrapped it in a bow and gave a lovely carry box too I thought this was extremely kind and definitely made me feel like they valued me as a customerBest customer service experience I have received in a long time! I would recommend to everyone pop in and check out their amazing selection of flowers and gifts!

I needed some good flowers for a special occasion at short notice. When I asked Victoria, nothing seemed to much trouble. She created the most GORGEOUS bouquet. Victoria prepared a fabulous bouquet for a friend's special birthday. Ordering was so easy. I live overseas so ordered via email on her website. Victoria was prompt in her response and produced exactly what I asked for. And it was ready, on time, for me to collect on the special day. Would definitely recommend!

Really wonderful family-run business.Victoria was so incredibly welcoming when we visited the shop. We only needed a few buttonholes and corsages for the wedding, but she was so attentive in listening to what we wanted. Thank you is a very small word. We sent a sympathy flower basket to our family in London. It was not easy to find a place who will deliver them in a timely manner, since we’re based in USA. You went above & beyond, delivered our basket on a holiday. We’re grateful for your customer service. Excellent quality flowers, exactly shown as pictured online. I can only but praise this florist. We called a day before to order a teddy bear funeral floral wreath with a personal added long message. Victoria's Flowers did not hesitate to take my order and promised me they would get this done and delivered on time. When i saw the the floral wreath at the funeral, it was put together so perfectly with the long message that i was so impressed and happy that we went with Victoria's.
