Save the day, normally I can drill trough Porcelain Tiles with hand Drill 2000rpm however iv recently changed suppliers of the Porcelain tile, very tough tile that requires a diamond tip cutter on a grinder 11000rpm went through the tile like butter.I tried everywhere but they didn’t have, I know where to go from now on

They charge 20% on returns.....never heard of any business that would do this on a bag of grout. I've added a star for the poor guys that have to take heat for a poor company policy.
