We have used Vaneta for over a year now. She cleans my grandads bungalow who has dementia. He is very fond of them and we trust them very much with him.They come every week and do a fantastic job and anything extra we ask they always do.Can not ask for a better trustworthy, reliable and always 5* work.

V2 has been such a help! We decided to invest in a cleaner for the first time after the arrival of our son and I’m so glad we did. Vinetta and her team were just what we needed — they kept the house clean during a hectic time and made our lives much easier. They were flexible and understanding, working around whichever room the baby and I were located in each week. It was great value and fit into our budget. And as a bonus, they’re so friendly and easy to talk to; it was nice having a little chat each week as well.I see another review saying they were unprofessional, took forever to get back with a quote, etc. I just wanted to say that wasn’t my experience at all! She got back to me the same day with an initial quote and I find them very professional. This is a small business so won’t be available 24/7, especially if staff members are sick. But that’s what I love about them! They’re real people and it’s nice to support a local woman-owned business, rather than a big faceless corporation.

Really poor customer service.!!!Waste of time and energy. Highly unprofessional and doesn’t respect your time at all.I contacted this person after reading reviews but found her opposite of the reviews.I never knew how hard was to get a quote in first place , provided with vague answers even after visit to the property.I had to chase multiple time (3 weeks to be precise to get her to say yes or no!!!). She bailed out last minute saying she is short on staff. I am flabbergasted this company is rated top 3 companies in Huddersfield!!! Something is seriously wrong me rating system.

Well what can I say about Vinetta and her ladies that come to clean for me.I have had bad luck with cleaners in the past either letting me down and not turning up or promising the world and under delivering with the clean. But this was not the case at all with Vinetta. She was polite and straight forward when I first met her, took time to understand my needs and able to give me some options as to what she can offer me and price.I decided to give it a go and I was not disappointed at all!!!She was prompt and on time and always lets me know when she will be coming. She is extremely polite and so are her ladies and always go above and beyond with the cleaning. She is realistic when it comes to price and time that it takes to clean my house which is all I’ve every wanted.The house is always spotless when she’s left and still to this day unsure how she gets my cooker so clean.Would highly recommend!!A* service

I was recommended Vinetta’s company by my friend, and I was not disappointed! Leigh comes each time, and is a stickler for the detail, with an insanely high standard. My daughter hardly recognised the house when she came home! I was most offended :)I’ve spent more on other cleaners before that have done no where near as good a job. Would definitely recommend.

Vinetta assisted me at the last minute as I had been let down by another company. I needed a deep clean for my elderly Father In Law's property, and Amy did an amazing job on a Sunday! The house was deep cleaned to a very high standard, I could not believe what they did it was wonderful.. Thank you so much Vinetta and Amy
