Absolutely dreadful, rude service. Not COVID safe!!!Had to collect a parcel left here for my disabled husband. Came a couple of times in afternoon and it was shut! Tried to call on consecutive days in the morning to check it was open before walking down to shop again. They never answer their phone.Eventually managed to get it open. I put my face mask on to go into shop but owner was wearing his round his neck! No Perspex screens or any COVID safety measures in place. I politely asked if he was going to put his mask on and was met with a whole lot of abuse. Asked why it wasn’t possible to call to find out if they were open before a long fruitless walk and again - was greeted with abuse.No attempt to follow any COVID safety measures- and very bad tempered and unhelpful owner.

Owner seems to lack customer service but a great shop otherwise.Thanks Bruce

Super rude guy. I came in to break up a note and the dog greeted me first at the counter, only to be yanked down by the owner. Wasn’t surprising he was like this, as you can hear the dog barking all day from the nail salon next door. The dog clearly isn’t happy either and was probably happy to see someone else !When speaking to the guy, he was sighing, rolling his eyes, and very sharp right off the bat. Whole counter and goods covered in dust and no COVID measures whatsoever.Overall awful service.
