Recently bought new helmets and an intercom system that fits in to the helmets. When we collected the helmets the intercoms had been fitted and paired and we were helped to pair our phones and sat nav. Unfortunately the intercoms developed a fault. The manufacturer claimed there was no fault but Flitwick Motorcycles replaced the units anyway. This type of service is unfortunately rare these days and we are grateful to FM for being so helpful. Special thanks to Ben who wired/unwired/rewired the intercoms into our helmets.

I normally get good service. Tho on this occasion service was bad. If you are restoring a Yamaha and order a part you may get a superceded part that is different.I did! It was the wrong part for my project, a totally different shape and not fitted to my bike originally.Flitwick Motorcycles refused to take back the incorrect part or even give a credit not.Because of this I will now use Fowlers even tho Flitwick Motorcycles is on my road.Lost a customer over a very cheap part.On the plus side they give good quick tyre changes and the staff are polite.

Absolutely brilliant service in both meanings, major service was required and I didn't trust anyone but official Yamaha to do valve clearance and other major bits, bike nearly 19 years old, and feels like new! Will definitely be back for MOT and service at Yamaha flitwick again, they've gain a new customer, and can't highly recommend them enough!Many thanks for a brilliant job!Emmanuel R1

Bought a Tracer 9GT + from Flitwick Motorcycles,collected on the 17/10/2023, the service I have had has been really good,when you walk in you are made to feel welcome by all of the team,there is no pressure from anyone to buy anything but a feeling of genuine helpfulness.As for the Tracer 9GT +,left the store and rode 160 miles and grinned all the way,great bike, thank you Fitwick motorcycles.

Flitwick is my nearest Yamaha Dealership 45 minutes away from Bassingbourn. I had a nice ride over there and arrived early. I was told there was a Costa 5 minutes walk away and would be called when my service was complete.The service was done within the hour which was great.The staff were very friendly and I was very pleased with the service cost as well.I will definitely be going back again with the possibility of upgrading my bike as well.Thank you

I just ordered from them and money was taken out of my account. I then got it credited back 2 days later. No explanation about why they hadn't dispatched my item. Come on guys this is rubbish customer service. I won't use you again.

I have had bikes serviced and MOT 'd here since moving to the area over a decade ago. Nowhere else I would rather go, I trust Flitwick Yamaha 100%. Wayne and everyone else always give a first class service and you can't ask for any more than that. I would recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely first class service.Hard to find a small franchised motorcycle dealer these days that only deals with one brand.Went to Flitwick to look at a used Yamaha Tracer after having mine stolen.First class service from Saul Towers who was an absolute pleasure to deal with.Definitely worth the trip and I will certainly be returning.Thanks again, great service, attention to detail and supplied and fitted all the additional accessories I wanted at a sensible price.

I recently purchased my second bike from the team at Flitwick motorcycles but this the first ever experience I have had at this dealer and their service has been second to none.There was no pressure from any of the sales team just really helpful advice and no ask was too big. They not only gave me confidence that if I had a question it would be answered by someone with a real passion for riding and this continued even after the purchase and all the way through to the run in service a few weeks later which really made me appreciate the hard work that all of the team put in to help me out.Thank you again - Chris
