Had emails to say parcels had been delivered. One hasn't been even though I was in the time it was apparently delivered and the second was apparently given to someone but the postman that delivered can't remember who he gave it to. It's not the stuff I'm annoyed I'm missing it's the money I spent on the things I was supposed to have been delivered

Can't even find the entrance to the place. Gave up in the end. Go down the side says staff only, park at the front and it directs customers to go down the side??? Not obvious at all where I'm ment to go or park

Had to collect a parcel today. Since Covid the hours opening drastically reduced so I checked the website before I went. 8-10am, no customer parking before 10 (on that basis that means never)so that means driving round trying to find a space. Then got soaked walking to the office to find closed due to industrial action! No note of when it's open again and nothing on website. Waste of petrol and my time and how do I know if I go back again the same thing won't happen

Always a reliable place to pick up parcels that for whatever reason could not be delivered. Parking is not good but the service is.
