Closed until summer 2024.When I visited it was fascinating but badly in need of modernisation. Really looking forward to the new vision when it finally opens again.

Really great museum with a very large collection of Roman, Saxon, medieval and iron age artifacts.

Currently under restoration and not open to the public atm. You can see it from the bridge but surrounded in fences and construction work. When it is restored it will be a lovely day out x

It is such a shame that this museum is still closed after all these years of the refit. Good old Leicester City Council and Peter Soulsby.

Very interesting bath house ruins, shame the museum wasn't open, we will definitely return after February. The St Nicholas Circle car park is a lot on the expensive side. Revisited today and didn't see the sign on the web site that it was still closed, I hope the refurbishments are better than excellent given the length of time they are taking.
