Terrible Customer service! I needed minor parts for a Yamada engine and was promised a call back on four separate occasions over a week to let me know if they were in stock or not. The call backs NEVER came, my engine remains unusable and on each occasion I was told The Yamada team will be in a bit later and will call you back". Probuild don't seem to know their own stock levels. I have now ordered the parts direct from Yamada in Japan."

I’m in the US, Ordered SkyWing plane and it was promptly shipped. Arrived in perfect condition. Andy was great to deal with and great communications as well.

Great customer service, friendly enough, covid aware & quick to help. Sadly that's where the sales pitch ends. Recently purchased a pro boat 17 react which was shipped via DHL(apparently), next day it arrives, upon pre usage it appears good. Yet the control unit seems to be 2nd hand, with scratches on the trim panel fresh out the box. The boat was in an even stranger condition with an inaccessible battery housing compartment, that would of broke the inner hull in any attempt. Thankfully, was instantly refunded with apologies & a just as confused sales assistant.If this is a problem with Horizon models themselves or manufacturers then I won't nor can't blame anyone at Pro Build. However, upon reading some of the other reviews regarding parts, orders, different phone numbers being given with awkward attitudes at the other end of the call,,,, Mmmmmmmmm. I'm still looking for a new pro boat react 17, with a new radio control system & completely accessible battery housing. Was looking for some fun for family & got the impression I got mugged off by someone. Shame on you Horizon, DHL, or some other scam at this business. A refund is a refund but its not a working product nor was an exchange (of same product) offered. Could you trust this?2 stars.

Collected new Extreme Flight Extra plus bits today. Well stocked shop with quality kits and bits. Andy was so helpful and friendly, full of knowledge based on experience. Will definitely be buying here again.

Terrible customer service and a shockingly dishonest approach to sales marked my engine purchasing experience with them. Attempted to buy a new Kolm engine. Never received any confirmation, but upon inquiry they requested additional money twice claiming the manufacturer had raised the price (twice within two weeks). Needless to say I cancelled the order. Now arranging a refund has been another waiting game since their assurance that 'it will be done today' has clearly been a falsification on multiple occasions. Find another retailer.
