Depending on who you get. Some staff are great, others not so much and are more keen to get you to give them a good review than the actual service you get which is a pity as Clarks is such an important shop in many people's childhood years.

Really good quality shoes. Staff very very friendly. Served by a lady called Laura and she was incredibly helpful and clearly knew her stuff. Would definitely go back.

I was in getting my toddler fitted for new shoes. Staff were extremely patient and helpful. The store is well laid out and all shoes clearly marked with prices. It's a nice clean store. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Had our 18 month olds first shoe fitting today (due to covid, very late) and the staff were great. Brilliant with kids and made it everyone feel comfortable. Even when the wee one decided to take a run through the store room! If you need fitting would advise booking an appointment before you head in as they are quite busy.

Nearly buy all my footwear from Clarks can almost guarantee their footwear will fit and be comfortable. Staff are helpful. Would recommend the shop.
