Office support via phone was excellent and they coordinated my end-of-tenancy deep clean around work other contractors were doing on my property. The cleaning team were very thorough, with attention to detail, hard working and friendly. Booking and invoicing system efficient. Great company to work with. Highly recommended .

Got a quote on Facebook messenger for a 2 bed flat, for someone with mental health problems - £225 and 10 hours work. Naturally was horrified, checked on their website and the same quote with the same details was £175. I said the quote was contradicting and the company actually told me I was cruel and that I shouldn’t leave a review because it’s inappropriate - then they blocked me! Very concerning and unprofessional.
