Kernow Hydro

Very disappointed after attending lessons here for over a year. We have had our lesson cancelled even though booked and paid deposit for this term. Now we are struggling with minimal time to find lessons elsewhere. I’ve emailed twice with no replying and now waiting on refund!! Can’t believe we’ve been so poorly treated by the OWNER. Beware

Been visiting with child for nearly 4 years however it seems to be struggling with basic administration. They dot reply to emails ,FB messenger no phone line, rearranging lessons at sort notice via text message.Lessons vary depending on instructor sometimes no clear structure. Have changed to turtle tots because of these issues which is a real shame

Lovely place with an actual WARM pool to get into playing and learning with the toddler. Playspace indoors by the cafe and outdoors for the little ones too.

Fun, cheep swimming lessons for children, small classes too. Swimming instructors are lovely and really help the children with their confidence around water and swimming. Our 5 year old child has come on so much over the past few weeks with his swimming. Would highly recommend over other local swimming pools / lessons, where class sizes are much bigger and less tailored to individual ability.

Would write a review of the actual service if I could get to use it!Initially I emailed to enquire but received no response after a month so decided to pop in. Spoke to the person manning the desk, explained I have a long term condition and was interested in hydro circuits, she was helpful and took my email and phone details and promised to let me know when classes were taking place. A month on not a word. I appreciate it’s a small business with limited staffing but frankly if they can’t be bothered to call or email after 2 months, when you’ve taken the time to physically call in, they patently aren’t very professional or interested. Real shame

Lovely warm pool for little ones, the changing rooms are also heated so it’s not a shock when we get out of the pool. Absolutely perfect for winter. All of the staff are super friendly as well!

A taster swimming lesson for two under 5's was brilliant due to the encouraging and expert tuition of Fiona. The whole experience was very positive.

Brilliant, family run swimming classes for toddlers and babies.My kids love it and Fiona is great with them.The warm salt water is much better than using chlorine and chemical additives

Excellent sessions for familiarisation of water/swimming for babies, with wonderful teachers. A great chill out area with leather sofas for the adults and lots of toys for the babies/toddlers. Feeding babies before or after swimming is welcomed in the lounge area. Have a coffee and chat with other parents and grandparents in a relaxed atmosphere.

Absolutely appalling customer service.How do these people run a business I do not know.No telephone service!!I txt to ask availability with the intention to book the Hydro Pool.I got a reply telling me what was available I replied straight away & 2 days later I’m still waiting for confirmation & the times we wanted have passed.I also messaged on Facebook no reply.My Son also sent an email asking about availability 2 days ago & still no reply.I certainly wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody.
