Service so far efficient and good helpful staff. Disappointed with app though still showing I have not given notice despite asking a few times has not been rectified. I would not recommend using the app.

Just want to say we got married at Burton registry office and I can’t thank the lady who married us enough on 1st September 2022 she made or ceremony personal and intimate and all our guests thought it was beautiful would highly recommend thank you so much

Attended on 16/06/23 to report a family bereavement. Found the whole experience distressing. Registrar seemed to lack any obvious empathy, and seemed more interested in helping trainee registrar who was in attendance. Couldn't do One Form for All because they said the computer was malfunctioning. Promised to email me Form Details and the necessary Unique Reference Number but has not done so.
