If I could, I would give Rasa 6 stars! I've been going to her for 5 years and she's the best at what she does. I bring my clothes to her every week and she always adds her skilled touch with a fashion sense. She's breathed new life into so many of my clothes - I wouldn't trust anyone else! The alterations range from hem adjustments to full on ball gowns, with a speedy turn around time and fantastic customer service.

This is one of the worst services I’ve received in the last many years. Not only that she cashed in the money in advance which she happily accepts but after 7 days when returned on the day prompted,the garment wasn't even touched. She found excuses that she couldn’t manage to work load yet, she hasn’t called once to allow me to pick up my garment and have it altered by another tailor in time for my holiday departure tonight. DON’T use this business.

Very unprofessional in my opinion.I gave 4 trousers on 07 oct 2023 to repair and suppose to before ready in two weeks time. Paid in front but they never finished the job. Every week I have been tolded to come next week with out results. This happened 5 - 6 times and is has been waste of our time. I gave them many chances to finish the trousers. But today I decided to take them somewhere else and got my money back. Never again they lost me as a customer.If I had the option to rate them with zero stars I would.

Rasa Clothing Repairs
I have used Rasa for 9 years now, I have moved and live 2 hours drive away and still come this distance to get my clothes tailored by Rasa. I would never use anyone else. I have never been disappointed with the quality of her work or time frame.She is constantly busy but has never failed to hit a deadline for me. I highly recommend this shop and Rasa.

I had a pair of suit trousers and a waistcoat that required alterations. I was extremely impressed with the detail of the stitching as it looked like both items had not been altered at all. Very professional service. I would highly recommend and will definitely be using their services again in the future.
