I couldn't get to do the bets I wanted on the App so I had to go in store. I used crutches instead of my wheelchair. Barry was so helpful and set me up on the in store computer, despite him being on his own and serving other customers. 10 out 10 for customer service.

Betting machines not working and seriously bad attitude from staff members, ended up missing the race and missing a winning bet but did manage to get my stake refunded. With attitudes like the staff have I’m surprised they get any customers, I know I will never use Coral again!
