We have used Ultra Home Services on and off for several years now and always found them very efficient. We are told the day before what time the cleaners will arrive so that we can plan. The cleaners are always very professional and leave the place looking lovely.

I needed an end of tenancy clean and they were suggested by my agents ... after I asked them for a quote, we agreed on a day and time to meet at my place so they could estimate the price.However, nobody ever showed up. No call, no email, nothing. I will spare you the ranting, I am sure you have enough imagination on your own.

I have been with Ultra for seven years and find them reliable and diligent. After an assessment of what needs to be done, one gets a quote so everything is transparent and agreed beforehand. Their cleaners are thorough, respectful, and take great pride in giving a good service. I am always asked to inspect and make any complaints so they can be rectified on the spot. I do not remember ever complaining and I am particularly pleased that Ultra do their best to accommodate emergency requests. I also like the fact that they nudge me from time to time to remind me it is time for a spring clean, carpet clean etc. I recommend them unreservedly.

I've been with Ultra for nearly 2 years now. They visited my home to assess the time needed for what I wanted, produced a detailed plan, and we went from there. However, we've adjusted the rate several times when I have needed more and then fewer services. They are very flexible and easy to contact. They are utterly reliable, always turn up, and always inform me of their ETA the day before. More than that, they add in extra days (I normally have a service fortnightly) when I've needed it and often at very short notice. If I've had to be working from home when they are here, they work around me and are so considerate. In the past I have used their Spring cleaning services, and would definitely do so again. When I was looking for a cleaning service Ultra was not the cheapest estimate but, they seemed the most professional, contactable, and personable. I remain happy with my choice!

I used this company for a few months in 2018. Within 2 months of contracting them, a few items of my jewellery disappeared. After setting up video surveillance, we observed 2 members of the cleaning staff trying to break into my jewellery boxes that I had belatedly started locking.
