Con. Paid £45 for 60mins, only got 45mins of massage. Questioned it and they have £5 back. Will not come again. Massage is so-so not traditional Thai massage you’d expect.

Didn't reply to my initial email or voicemail. Like some other people have said rather rude. Massage was good. Unprofessional to say the least. I know what a massage should be like no aftercare provided at all.

Poor poor service.First visit- booked couples massage over phone. Arrived with partner paid and went up to room to get undressed. Once led on the beds ready for massage staff member knocked on the door saying they had double booked by mistake so we were told to get dressed, given a refund and the other couple were given the slot. We were offered £5 discount next visit.Second visit- Months later, we decided we would try again as it’s understandable sometimes mistakes can happen. Booked couples massage again. Asked for 5pm was told can have 4pm. We agreed and arrived at 15:40 to a locked door and what looked like a closed shop, lights down no one in sight. We waited until 4:10 incase they were on a break and rang several times with no joy so left. At 4:20 a staff member rang and said they were upstairs and apologised they had missed up. They asked if we could go back at this point we were in a restaurant having ordered food as we had given up.Unprofessional. Poor service. Will not be returning again

Very bad experience, terrible service didn’t target the areas I needed massaging when asked, incredibly rude when advising what is it I needed doing, would not recommend at all !

If you are looking for a deep tissue massage, this is the place to go. Not for me personally, but okay service and quality.

I went for the first time. We had a couples massage. Chan was amazing. I have a massage elsewhere and happened to pick here as my other lady is on long term sick. Chan used the perfect pressure. She found all of my knots and ailments and just made me feel so relaxed and at ease it was out of this world. Immaculate place and well situated. Ambience was just right and I loved the Thai balm she used. Get yourself booked in you wont be disappointed

I was experiencing neck pain and wanted a neck head massage. I was busy working that day and decided to go for 30 mins. I booked the session and turned up. It was a beautiful decorated place. I asked for head and neck and the lady said this wasn’t possible this confused me as I stated this was what I wanted on the phone. I felt I didn’t need to take my cloths off maybe my top if needed. The lady insisted I take my top off which was fine…she then spent 10 minutes massaging me over a towel. Then did 10 minutes on my neck again over the towel. She gave my head a minute rub. Then said it was over. I didn’t have the energy to argue I just wanted out.I’ll never go back absolutely disrespectful and distant staff!
