Have to recommend. Overall job well done. Feels like a new car. Not sluggish like before. Also thanks for sorting out my handbrake. Also changing wipers blades absolute bliss. Can hear my music now. My neighbours will be grateful.

Hazel Motors is a long established car repair garage and MOT centre in Chatham,Kent. My family and I have used them for a number of years and have always found them efficient and trustworthy. They have always contacted us to tell us what needs to be done and how much it will be before going ahead with any work. All four of my families cars go there for servicing and MOT's. They are busy but always try their best to fit you in quickly and on some occasions have brought our appointments forward if a space becomes available. In terms of prices, I have always found them to be fair and MOT's are charged at less than the rate suggested by the government.

I'm really glad I've discovered this gem of a garage. Very polite, very informative and most importantly I had a feeling that my car was in safe hands. Thank you

Worst customer service ever. Rudest receptionist of all times. I had to cancel my service as couldn’t tolerate her arrogant attitude. Avoid! Secondly there’s no waiting area for customers so if you drop your car then wait outside in snow, rain and cold. Terrible!Please upload the cctv video! If there’s a waiting area but can’t use it for safety reasons! Ha ha what’s the point of having one then? Anyway not coming back and won’t recommended it to anyone either.

Can't fault this place, they are reliable always get the job done and don't try to overcharge or rip you off. To top that off they have a really friendly service highly recommend.

Used Hazel Motors for first time today and very happy. Customer service was great and they sorted my car at a responsible price. On collection gave thorough description of work done and advised of one or two small things I already new about. Also pumped up my tyres. Will definitely be using again.
