If you're looking for a serious path into F1, then this isn't it!The upper management have no idea what their doing, if it wasn't for the F1 side of the business, the whole operation would have been relocated to North America a long time ago.If you're a young engineer out of university, AVOID!, you will not learn the engineering or management skills you need to further your career in the industry. It's only a matter of time now before fuel cells won't be needed due to the shift in to greener technologies, so don't waste your time here.
