Bought my BMW X1 (approved used) today from Williams Rochdale. I can’t thank enough David Calderbank for making the entire buying experience smooth.Since day 1, he has been very helpful - kindly answered all the questions and provided me the relevant details which I asked for to help me to make the decision.It was really kind of David to give me a ride from Manchester to the showroom, very much appreciated. In the showroom, I had to wait for the process to be finalised however he did everything possible to make me comfortable. Thanks again David.I’m looking forward to enjoy my car and I’m hoping that I’ll continue to receive same level of service in the future from Williams Rochdale whenever needed.

I purchased a 4 series back in December 2022, and from what I remember the exchange of goods from business to consumer was made fairly straight forward. However over the past 10 months, I have requested various after sales services and requests for documentation for the car, which has proved to have been a very difficult process for each time something has been requested. Items regarding my private registration plate, service history, and other information have all been examples where I have contacted the sales team for support post-sale, however the member of the sales team I dealt with at the time of vehicle purchase has made all of these simple requests an absolute pain. Days, and sometimes weeks of phone calls and emails have been required just to get the simplest of information out of them. At one point it got to the stage where I had to travel 70 miles to the dealership itself on my own accord just to collect a single piece of documentation for the car, as it was much easier than dealing with the after sales service remotely.To conclude, the actual exchange of the vehicle on the day seemed straight forward, however the amount of missing information required for vehicle exchange (most of which was advised by the member of the sales team to be sorted after the sale) and the inadequacy of the after sales member I have dealt with are not factors that would convince me to purchase a vehicle from this BMW dealership again unfortunately.

My car was only in for a recall, but the service I received was excellent, couldn’t fault the staff, so professional and made me feel right at home. The gift pack I received was an added bonus and the chocolates in the locker for my key. It’s the little things that put a smile on your face. Absolutely cracking service.

Avoid this dealership like the plague if you value your time as these guys love to waste it. I bought a car from BMW Blackburn and they rang me every 3/4 months until I sold it to see if everything was okay with it. I bought another from BMW Rochdale and the salesman called Cameron would not answer a single call after I left the dealership. After sales service is appaling. I had issues with the car from the get go which they still have not fixed. The media control buttons would not light up. Brakes make scraping noises as if they need changing.The control unit was replaced after 3 months when I put a complaint in with Keeley Griffin (everytime I rang I would end up on the phone to a guy named Gavin who would tell me he'd call back and wouldn't). They told me the brakes are normal and so is the noise (I have 3 friends with the same car who have no issues).I took the car back in for a service and informed the person at services that my car has a few issues other than the brakes. She told me they could only book me in with a courtesy car in 6 weeks time. I had no choice but to book it in. Take the car in they do the service but come up with excuses to not fix the other issues, they were only concerned with getting their courtesy back ASAP.If you have a love for BMW's I would stay away from Williams Rochdale as they will put you off, I have had to approach BMW Finance to sort this as I am not paying £90,000 for a car which has features that don't even work!!! I have emailed Keeley again and have been waiting over 2 weeks for a response.I took

I have just been to one of the best events ever, I am a big fan of Williams BMW and thier service but this was truly a fantastic event. We had an incredible night, my two kids loved the ferris wheel, churros and sweet stall, and my wife and I enjoyed the free bar and tasty food. All this topped off with one if the greatest movies ever made and superb customer service from all the people working. Thanks Williams BMW it was very much appreciated by the Wilkinson family.

Used Bolton Williams previously with various BMWs never had any issues. Take my car to Rochdale for a service and brake fluid change due to being able to fit me in sooner. Got told they snapped my bleed nipple on the Caliper so can’t do fluid change and I need a new Caliper which wear and tear I can understand but still got charged for fluid change. Then when getting home checking my service history it’s all been deleted bar that service. Tried to contact service various times over the last 3 weeks. Been told I’d get a phone call back. Reception emailed the service advisor telling him to phone me back. Still nothing 3 week later. Wouldn’t recommend. Lost the sale of my car due to this.
