Came here to buy a fridge for my elderly parents. So helpful and has an old fashioned style of customer service that deserves a mention. The guys know their stuff and I felt like I was the only customer each time I went to the shop.

Greg could not have been more helpful. He didn't have in stock the item we were looking for (cooker with induction hob) but showed us what he could order in for us, explained a lot about them and emailed the supplier to enquire about different colours. We haven't made up our minds yet but wouldn't hesitate to order from him. We thought a little High Street shop would be expensive but his prices were competitive, the shop is far bigger than it looks from the street and the attention and customer care vastly better than the out of town stores.

Sourced a Siemens condenser tumble dryer from this local shop on 30/9/21. The response from positive, professional and polite staff followed by next day delivery and installation made the transaction a pleasurable experience. We are lucky to have a company of this ilk on our doorstep.

Amazing service, friendly, knowledgeable, obliging and competitively priced. My sister, who had mobility problems, bought several appliances, a phone and a freezer from this local company. Each time she was able to explain her needs over the phone then Brown and Fincher would bring the product and install it for her if necessary. When she needed a new television they even brought a small selection so she could choose the most suitable one. That really is service.

We recently purchased a new TV from here. We are not up-to-date with the latest technology, but we knew what we needed. We were given clear and helpful advice and weren't pressured into buying above and beyond what was necessary. Not being technically adept, we paid a bit extra to have it delivered and installed by two equally helpful and friendly guys. As someone else has said here - this shop is a local gem.

Professional and extremely helpful. When my TV broke down 2 days ago I was immediately provided with a set I was able to borrow while mine was assessed. 2 years ago when my washing machine stopped spinning I went into the shop to buy a new one. On Friday night our TV packed up. By 12 midday on Saturday my husband had not only bought a new TV from Brown and Fincher but it was installed and fully operational. A highly professional business and one that we can thoroughly recommend.
