My mum has been going here and was told cataracts wasn’t bad enough to be fixed so got a second opinion and has been put straight on the waiting list, also prescription was wrong on several occasions leaving her unable to do day to day things, not good enough, she won’t be returning

Needed an urgent eye test and the staff were so accommodating and helpful, even waited for me when the store was nearly closing. Very appreciative of the kind staff.

My eyes were tested and a prescription completed. I was thinking of bifocal lense but advised to try varifocal and am delighted with the glasses. I bought a pair of rayban frames and received a free pair of frames. These have tinted prescription lenses, brilliant!

What can I say? Shocking service! Although they had a great selection of glasses they made it very difficult for me to buy from them purely by the way they spoke to me. Horrible experience.

Great service! Repaired my step-sons glasses while we were on holiday, didn’t even ask for reimbursement! Brilliant, thank you very much!

Poor customer service.I had visited the shop in early February to have my eye sited tested, l specifically asked about being able to update my contact lenses as l had said that l was beginning to struggle with my current lenses at the time.They had not measured my eye diameter or sphere and l had been left unable to order new lenses at lense store because l hadn't the correct details.Phoned the store and explained my situation and they said it was an extra £20.00 to have my eyes examined for contact lenses, even though l had specifically asked on the day on two separate occasions while my partner was stood next to me.Should have gone to SpecSavers.

The Optic shop in Carmarthen is one of the best I’ve ever been to. Staff are extremely polite and professional. The quality of work is exceptional. Selection is a vast and modern. It’s always a pleasure to visit the Optic Shop. Love it.

Dealing with the staff at The Optic Shop has been an absolute pleasure. I have purchased a couple of pairs of designer sunglasses and also replaced a pair of lenses which were damaged. The process was very quick and they informed me as soon as the glasses came into stock. Thank you so much
