Probably the worst doner kebab I've ever had. I asked for full salad which when unwrapped back at hotel consisted of a few fried onions. Meat was different thicknesses and some burnt. Shame as people seemed nice. Was 9pm on a Thursday night.

best fish and chip shop in town.been going here for years and will still to this day say they do the best indian food and the fish and chips is lovely!i always go for the chicken kebab as it never fails to impress and there is not a kebab like it .5 stars all the way from me

Just stopped at the laughing halibut thinking they were closed but sign directed to the curry house next door where they took our order and freshly cooked the chips. Great chips, amazing service.

Came here for the fish and chips but wished I had stayed for the Indian food.Looks like a small intimate restaurant - and it was packed on a Saturday evening (at the time of writing). The chef introduced himself and told me it a family business so you know you’re getting authentic Indian food. I’ll be back here again to try.Fish and chips was fresh and cheap! Pretty good!

Visiting the area and saw the great reviews so ordered the lamb doner and the chicken tikka kebab and was certainly not disappointed. Great value beautifully cooked and fantastic service.

I thought my fish and chips was amazing from here. Took a while but it was worth it! I ask for a small and it was huge for a reasonable cheap price. Recommend it to anyone in the local area. sam.
